Prescription for What’s Wrong

The Prescription for whatever ails you… Read Proverbs! Always.

1 Chapter a day (times) X 31 Chapters = 1 Month! Repeat 3 times. Repeat as needed.

~ A dear friend told me that long ago. Whether I can’t seem to hear God’s voice; if I am confused and unable to understand right now; when I have fallen quiet myself in my friendship with Jesus, feeling lost; and those times when I can’t seem to straighten myself out or I simply feel as if I am in yet another rut in my life; I begin again with Proverbs.

Proverbs reminds me. Inspires and refreshes me. Proverbs is the Holy Bible’s book of wisdom. Each scripture and each chapter guide us but there are a few I find myself drawn especially to.

Proverbs 21:21 ~ Whoever pursues righteousness and love finds life, prosperity and honor.

Proverbs 24:26 ~ An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips.

Proverbs 27:17 ~ As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.
